We draw inspiration from centuries-old Bavarian bratwurst traditions. The technique — the grind, the seasoning, the casing — is influenced by German craft, adapted with our own signature approach.
Dhofar Sourcing
Our camel meat comes from the lush green mountains of Dhofar, Oman. Free-range camels graze on verdant hillsides during the Khareef season, procured directly from local herders.
Craft Production
Each batch is handcrafted in small quantities. Natural sheep casings, no fillers, no shortcuts. Every bratwurst is made fresh daily with meticulous attention to quality.
